About the Staff


Our exceptional, friendly staff is our greatest asset. All of our dental assistants and hygienists are licensed professionals who pride themselves on staying on the cutting edge of dentistry and patient communication. They are excited about what they are doing, have high standards of quality and integrity, and are motivated to achieve the best results for our family of patients.

Lani~
It has been my pleasure and joy to be able to work with my husband Dr. Pat Beug as his Office Manager and also as a chair side assistant for over 20 years. I feel we have been blessed to have some of the nicest people as patients.
Dentistry is really more than "just about teeth", it's also about relationships. The relationships that we have developed with our patients have made our experience more rewarding. It inspires us to develop our skills and knowledge to better serve our patients.
Dentistry found me when I was 19 and I needed a root canal. Being a pre nursing student, I was fascinated by how a single tooth could affect the whole body. I had been having chronic sore throats. Watching my dentist and his assistant work together to save my tooth was a profound moment that changed the direction of my life. It lead me to the wonderful life I have with my husband and family.
I am very passionate about dentistry. For me, it's hard to distinguish between work and play. A favorite quote of mine is:

Brandy~
I have been working for my father Dr Pat Beug and mother Lani as insurance biller for over ten years. We have a wonderful relationship and I believe that is what a family practice is all about.
I am married to my best friend and we have three handsome boys. I am very active with my sons in sports as the ultimate sports mom. We enjoy traveling and camping. Family time is the most important to me.

Pam~
I have worked with Dr Beug and Lani for 15 years as one of their hygienists. I love being a dental hygienist because it enables me to make a difference in my patient's oral health as well as establishing lasting relationships with them.
I am blessed to work in a beautiful office environment with state of the art equipment and with such a wonderful team. We care about each person individually as well as their smile.
I am married to my wonderful husband David and have have two sweet daughters: Victoria, and Holly.

Debbie~

I’ve been in the dental field for 19 great years. I graduated from Pierce Community College in 2000 and earned my dental hygiene license.  I have a passion for dentistry and thrive on learning and implementing new techniques to improve the dental health and aesthetics of my patients and the dental field.  In order to pursue my goal of becoming an educator, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004 from Eastern Washington University.  I’m currently working full-time with Dr. Beug and part-time at Pierce Community College Dental Hygiene program as a clinical instructor.  I am so fortunate to have what I feel is the best of both worlds.  Dr. Beug is a phenomenal dentist, and I feel privileged to be able to work beside him practicing cutting edge techniques with the best equipment dentistry has to offer!   
 
I have a wonderful husband, Ron of 12 years and a daughter, Kailey, who is 5 and a son, Kaden who is 1.  We recently added two cocker spaniel puppies to our family!  Needless to say, life is very busy, but I feel very blessed today!  

Jolie~

Hi, I'm Dr Beug's Dental Assistant. I have been a Dental Assistant for 20 years. I enjoy my job and working with such great people. My goal is for our patients to leave our office with confidence in their smile, and the care that they received. At our office we provide the very best care, and work hard to ensure your times is enjoyable.

In my personal life I enjoy camping, and gardening. I have been married to my husband Todd for 18 years and we have a beautiful 13 year old daughter Hailey.

Tina~

Hi there. When you come into our office you may find me working up front or working in the back with Dr. Beug. I have been a Dental Assistant for 20 years, and I love what I do. My work enjoyment comes from building relationships with our patients and being able to help them overcome any dental fears. I want them to enjoy going to the dentist.

I've been married to my wonderful husband Jay for 17 years and we have an amazing 3 year old son Brennan.

Robin~
I love being a part of this fantastic team. I truly believe that our office offers the best care, not only for a patient's smile, but for the whole person. The way Dr. Beug and Lani feel about their patients is evident every day~ which makes our office a very rewarding place to work.
As Patient care coordinator I am able to fill in the gap wherever needed on any given day. Icing on the cake is that I get to make lattes and give out treats to patents making them smile. I am blessed to work with people that I consider friends.
I am married to Andy, the best husband on planet Earth and have 2 fantastic children Destini and Gabe.

We love what we do and it shows on our faces! It seems that we are always having a great time together. You'll find our staff friendly and upbeat, while working hard to make your visit as comfortable as possible. You may catch yourself even having fun!!
